The service

Arbis is a software tool published by LoomingAI LLC that scans prediction markets on Kalshi and can place trades on your behalf using your own Kalshi account. Arbis is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser. All trading activity occurs on Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated exchange, under your own account and credentials.

Your subscription

Access requires an active subscription billed monthly through Stripe. New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and cancellation stops future charges. Your license key is for your use only and may not be shared or resold.

Trading risk

Trading involves risk, and you can lose money. Past performance, including paper trading results shown on this site, does not guarantee future results. Arbis places trades based on mathematical models that can be wrong. You are responsible for the funds in your Kalshi account, for configuring risk limits, and for supervising the software. Use paper trading mode before committing real capital.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. LoomingAI LLC is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, data source outages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Arbis in compliance with Kalshi's terms of service and all applicable laws. We may suspend licenses that are shared, resold, or used to abuse the service.
