Who we are

Arbis is a software product operated by LoomingAI LLC. This policy describes what information we collect through arbis.trade and the Arbis application, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We also store your license key and subscription status so the app can verify your access.

What we do not collect

The Arbis application runs on your own computer. Your Kalshi API credentials and private keys stay on your machine and are never transmitted to us. We do not see your trades, balances, or positions.

How we use your information

We use your email to manage your account, deliver your license key, send service notices, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, email support@arbis.trade and we will process the request promptly.
